Over the years, Ryan and I have become big fans of traveling and therefore our cheap luggage took a beating to the point where it just couldn't handle another trip.
OLD
So for my birthday we went out and picked some nice luggage in hopes that it will last a while. And in hope of many traveling adventures to come! It was quite the thrill buying these babies, as fun as buying a beautiful new purse!
NEW
The new luggage is fabulous and did great on our trip to New York. The day after we got back from our trip we went to my sister's house to pick up our dogs. Just as we were leaving to head home, I was rear-ended by a distracted driver. Note: don't text and drive please! Luckily besides some ugly whiplash the whole family (Ryan, me and the dogs) walked away without much injury.
BROKEN
We weren't planning on getting a new car and even if we did get a new car it would be to replace Ryan's '99 Civic, not my car. But we were forced to go car shopping.
BLUE
I think my three favorite things are 1. the dog kennel and 5 people can fit 2. the blue-tooth phone connection so I can answer the phone hands free and 3. the color! So far it has been a great car.
Hopefully we can get back on track with saving again. We have big plans for the Fall!

If you think getting rear ended once is bad in Utah County, try getting rear ended 4 times in one year. My friend Jordan had just that happen to her. Crazy I know! There should be a Huge sign on the free way..."BEWARE, you are now entering Utah County where people don't know how to drive." I of coarse do not include myself in this category hehe.
